2theRedline Reviews: Acura NSX & Acura Legend
Odometer (Legend): 531,321
Odometer (ILX): 90,629
When Sofyan Bey, 2theRedline Editor, visited Phoenix a few weeks ago for the Death Valley trip, he took the time for an in-depth look at my cars. Having soared to nearly 60,000 YouTube subscribers in just a couple of years, Sofyan’s detailed and engaging auto reviews have become widely popular. Enjoy these special features he put together on my 1992 NSX and my 1994 Legends.
Thanks, Sofyan!

I love Sofyan’s reviews. I love Tyson’s blogs. I love Acura’s. What is there not to love? 🙂

From the youtube comments it sounds like you need to get a hold of Johnny Barrett

Yep, already on it. I sent a message via YouTube asking him for more information on his car. This could become a Reader’s Ride feature.

Surprised a simple fact check wasn’t done before posting, several inconsistencies on the details of the Legend models. NSX, he never took it in to VTEC, although he says he can hear it. 😛 Surprising since otherwise, it’s quite a well done review.

Yeah it looks like someone in the comments section has already brought some of those details up. And, next time I’m inviting Sofyan to take it ALL the way to 8,000 RPM.

Makes me wonder how diffferent it wouldve been if the Type 2 Legends had VTEC…

That would’ve been pretty cool. I still have to laugh every time I see a craigslist ad where the seller proclaims his/her Legend has VTEC. Such is not the case 🙂

Hahaha that would make me laugh too!
